Since the six visual artists of the 2016 'ReEncounter' expedition returned to their studios, numerous new works have emerged. Work is ongoing but here, for your interest, are some of the paintings that were inspired in Haida Gwaii – among those mysterious islands at the edge of the world. Most of the pieces being prepared for the upcoming 'Eyes Of Society' exhibition at the Robert Bateman Center, however, will not be presented until the show opens, June, 2018.
